Cleve Brooks was recommended to us by our realtor Phillip Wilson of Port Charlotte. He came on short notice, literally about twenty minutes, as we were leaving to return home to Illinois and wanted to get some idea of the cost of the home repairs that were needed. We then set about on a two month project to get the house in liveable after having been neglected due to foreclosure. The house had sat empty for almost two years. Cleve communicated almost daily through this time period and sent pictures of all the repairs and problems. He arrange for bids on window replacements and other items. Every thing that was repaired or replaced was done with the up most quality and promptness. Cleve went out of his way to make everything perfect. He was available to show up and let other contractors in to do work and report on the work that they performed. We now consider Cleve to be a friend and would not hesistate to recommend him to any one.
