Brandon did a spectacular job. This was the first time I've ever needed to have a roof cleaned and didn't know what to expect from the process. My neighbor had warned of negative results from his past experiences. I took the time to get several estimates and Brandon by far was the best. However, even though he offered the lowest price, he actually did more intensive work. Rather than using just a high pressure wand and water, he had special rotary equipment which to the untrained eye appeared to actually scrub the tiles. He took his time, did not rush through the job, was very thorough. He also lightly sprayed/rinsed the house, garage door, driveway, etc from the dirty spray that occurred when washing the eaves. I had been concerned about the effect of the chemicals on the landscaping, but Brandon took steps to protect the trees/shrubs so that no harm was caused. Even my neighbor was singing his praises .... not just the results, but the workmanship as well. I will definitely use Brandon again and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
