Fernando was at the property within 5 minutes of my call. He provided a fair quote and committed to do the job within 2 days, which exceeded my expectations. As always, Fernando was prompt, attentive and worked hard to meet my high standards. My clients now live in the home and LOVE the painting that was done.

We had some special requirements for painting. After meetings with the paint manufacturer to determine a solution to our needs, a special commercial paint was selected that required very specific, multiple proceedures in application. Best Coast Painting was one of the two companies the manufacturer said could handle this type of paint. We contacted Beast Coast and Fernando met with us, discussed our needs, spoke to the manufacturer so that everyone was in agreement concerning the job. We felt Fernando's price was reasonable and had confidence in his company to perform.  He was prompt, effecient and cleaned up after each of the application steps.  Unfortunately the paint manufacturer did not mix the final color correctly, which could not be determined until after the final process dried. As we began to notice the problem, Fernando contacted the manufacturer and had their representatives out to our home immediately to view the issue.  They agreed that they had not mixed the final color correctly and provided new paint in a couple days. Fernanod returned to correct and complete the job at no additional charge (although it was really not his error).  His concern for doing a quality job to his customer's staisfaction is hard to find these days.  We look forward to using Best Coast Painting in the future and will recommend them to our frinds.
