Marianne did a wonderful job. She is very conscientious and detailed orientated. I was very pleased with her work. She was training other people and did a great job of directing them. I hired her to do a bimonthly cleaning.

I was very impressed with this company. The manager, Michael, is very friendly and immediately put me at ease. He was professional and caring. There was an address mixup in the system and they went to the wrong address at first (i hadn't updated my address yet) but they were very understanding about rescheduling and patient with me. They went above and beyond throughout the whole process, including cleaning up toys left behind by my toddler and making our bed. MaryAnn, our cleaner, was very nice and went the extra mile to make sure everything was to our liking. She even called afterwards to check on the service. It was so nice to come home to a clean house! I highly recommend them.

The team of 3 arrived early after calling me to ensure this was OK -- it worked perfectly! They did a fantastic job; didn't miss a spot! I came home for work smiling from ear to ear with a clean house! I look forward to using them again and would definitely recommend.

Fair job. All the things I specified I needed done were done, but not really a "deep cleaning" as promised. Baseboards, window treatments, blinds and ceiling fans were my top priority. I was told the baseboards would be first dusted with a Swiffer duster, then wiped down. They never got wiped down and therefore the dust just recirculated and wound up elsewhere. The mirrors were cleaned, but badly streaked. Interior doors were not wiped down, just lightly dusted. Blinds are better but still not clean. The day they were supposed to come at 11:30 they didn't show, and when I called shortly after 1 p.m., I learned that the owner had written the date down wrong. These things happen...He was apologetic and sent them out the next day, but I still wasted a day and had to rearrange my schedule. Several misses were found in the final walk-through inspection. Fair amount of upselling to commit to bi-weekly service.

For the next cleaning I knew I would be out of town so I called the office the Friday before to remind them of the date. I came home to a dirty house, no phone call. The next day the cleaner showed up and said "I didn't think you would be here." I never received a call from the owner. These people do not write anything down and seem unable to remember anything. They really need some training in running a consistent business.

The job was done for time and materials. Michael charged me $30/hour. He was puntual and produced receipts for every purchase. I was supposed to supply all the materials but several times he offered to stop at Lowes on the way over in the morning. The job was done quickly and I would use this company again.

Our kitchen faucet was leaking and needed to be replaced. Very pleased to know our housecleaning service provider also did handyman services! We purchased the faucet and the same day they were able to replace. As always very professional, prompt, and fair price. Highly recommend all services offered!

The team of two arrived over an hour late, no big deal I was home anyway. Long story short, it was a good basic cleaning but no way a deep cleaning. Windows were supposed to be done inside and out; she told me after she was done that she was unable to remove the screens so only half were done. Had I know before I would have skipped the windows. Some of the interior sills were not even wiped so I doubt that window was done either. If I were charged for a basic cleaning at $90, it would have been a good job but no way was a deep cleaning.

Today was the third time Angelic cleaned my house. I am very happy with the service and the way they do business. I know upfront how much it will cost because they offer fixed fees listed in their brochure. Prices are fair and they will do extras, like clean the fridge or a rug, for a small additional fee. They have also been super about accommodating our allergies, providing organic products or using mine as we agree together. They are great with my dog, which is important to me, and they are flexible to meet my needs. I have a standing date with them and plan to continue with them indefinitely. It's ben a great experience, in contrast to other services I have tried in this area, and I'd recommend them to anyone.

This is the third time we have used Angelic Cleaning and the results have been excellent every time. Their processes are consistent and produce quality results. Michael seems genuinely committed to meeting our needs. For example they were willing to customize their work to meet a request for a specific cleaning agent. (i.e. use a cleaning agent that would not cause the grout sealant to deteriorate)

Mike did an excellent job getting our home ready for our move. The home was cleaned from top to bottom. Mike cleaned behind all the appliances as well as inside. He cleaned all windows inside and out. He didn't miss a spot....in fact my partner went through and did a 'white glove test' and was very pleased.We loved the job that Mike did so much that we have hired him to clean every three weeks.
