Kevin Hughes is the buyer's specialist. What was amazing about him was that he actually listens. He doesn't show you things outside of the price you want to set. He is not remotely pushy; really, really nice guy. Luke Andreae does the listings. When we talked to him we told him we were considering selling the house but that we weren't by any means sure.  He had put a lot of effort into the presentation he brought us.He came out, told us what he thought it would go for, not pushing at all to get the listing. We told him we would let him know if we decide to sell it. He didn't even call, no push at all, and it wasn't because he didn't think he could sell it. He had told us he was sure it would go within a week. They both know the area very, very well. They are good people. It is a real professional organization and I wouldn't deal with anybody else.
