Very Bad at communicating and following up. Disappears for lengths of time Does not follow through on promises
Description of Work: The owner of this company Zack Clark was contracted to install a lighting, sound and home automation system in a very high end home. he was paid well over $100,000 for this work. The system was successfully installed but subsequently stolen and vandalized by a tenant. For the last six months, despite being told by Zack that I would get an estimate and be able to pay to have the work redone, I have been dodged. I have repeatedly begged that if he was too busy just to supply the list of equipment he had installed and I would get someone else to redo it. Nothing but excuse after excuse. Today he told me that he was too busy to do it. Too busy to even give help IDENTIFY the main computer that HE installed. Do not use this company.
