James, the owner, was very fast to respond to my Home Advisor request. We found him to be very honest, knowledgable and hard working. He communicated VERY well calling and leaving mutiple messages when I couldn't return his call during meetings. He was so very flexible in working with our limited availability due to work. He rescreened a portion of our pool cage with 20/20 screening which had blown out durin a windstorm. He even went the extra mile and volunteered to sweep the collected pine needles away from and out of our gutter along the entire length of our enclosure while he was up on the roof! He cleaned up after himself and was so personable we took more of his time talking and getting to know him than it took him to do the entire repair! I am recommending him to EVERYONE I know who wants to enclose a patio or pool or needs rescreening. James is now our go-to-guy and we will DEFINITELY be doing more business with him in the future! No worries about this company at all!
