Heating and Air Conditioning Service
I was referred to this company through a home warranty company. Unfortunately, I didn't have a good first impression when I called (866-957-8665) to schedule the appointment, and things just got worse. The man I spoke on the phone lacked professionalism and was "rough."
The man who came to evaluate the air conditioner was too large to fit through the attic door to check the air handler. When he was "done" he came to me and just asked for a $60 deductible check. I asked him if he had repaired the air, he said "no." Then when I told him I wasn't paying since I got no service, he proceeded to say we needed to replace a coil. I had to keep pressing on to find out what were the next steps. He finally said they had to order part and then return to fix.
I contacted the home warranty company to report the contractor didn't check the air handler so I didn't understand how he diagnosed it was a coil. The warranty company sent another company, Speedy Air Conditioning. Big difference in service and professionalism. Speedy diagnosed it was a motor and the next day replaced the part.
I do not recommend Montana Cool.
