Good job, good price!

The price was competitive and the work was stellar. Very happy with outcome and Roxanne is the greatest!

Got an appointment quickly and Roxanne was very nice. That was mid July. I told her there was no rush. 10 days later I had heard nothing so I called. She did not immediately recall talking to me, but after telling her my address and what needed to be done, I was told my estimate was on her desk. 'Somehow' it bounced back to her. I texted her my email and address. Fast forward to August 21, still no response. I texted again, provided my name, address and email and told her either to get the estimate to me that day or I'd have to call another company. NO RESPONSE. This is no way to run a business. If you aren't interested in the job, just say so. Ignoring potential customers is not an option. Also note that there is nothing at this point that thus company can say or do to change my opinion of them. Completely and totally unprofessional and rude.

After showing up on time for a free estimate and evaluating the issue with my gutters and roof, instead of trying to make the sale, she explained a way that I may be able to solve the problem myself, thus saving me a lot of money. I can’t recall the last time a vendor was that honest and helpful. Roxanne was extremely knowledgeable about gutters and roof attachment issues and gave us a few options. It's very refreshing to not be oversold or given advice without care. She really does care about her customers and her company and it shows! Our problem may be able to be solved by us (simple fix) or may need more and if it does, she will be my first call! When we need gutter work or anyone we know does, I will highly recommend they call Gutter MD.

Roxanne showed up promptly for the planned estimate and she measured and discussed options. Once the job was booked, the crew showed up on-time as well and did an excellent installation of the gutters which are now working very well with all of the rain that has come to south Florida this October and November. I would definitely recommend Gutter MD for the professional job they did and the ease of booking the work.

From start to finish, the Gutter MD team performed admirably. Roxanne arrived on time as scheduled and performed the house inspection and completed the estimate onsite. She was knowledgeable, very kind, and was able to answer all of my questions. The day that the installation was to begin, the two technicians arrived on time as scheduled. The work performed was removing a couple sections of old gutter and installing new 5" gutters on the entire house. The two gentlemen worked tirelessly until the job was completed on the same day. The gutters were installed over six weeks ago and they have definitely been put through the test with all of the torrential downpours occurring in South Florida this season. The gutters are doing their job and it is nice not having the landscape erosion as before. Thank you, Roxanne, and please give my regards to the two technicians for performing a great job. Gutter MD did a great job. They replaced some of the gutters and downspouts. The workers were efficient, polite and did a quality job. i appreciated their quick response when by mistake the elbow of one downspout was not replaced and Roxanne came herself to fix. I would definitely recommend them.

Another job well done. We first used Gutter M.D. in 2014 to put a new gutter on the front of our house. We got several estimates from other company's but Gutter M.D. had the best price and Roxanne was so nice to do business with. So when we needed a gutter repair in the back of the house we knew who to call. Roxanne came right out and she didn't try to sell us a new gutter which most company's would have, she was very honest and told us it could be repaired. She sent us the estimate the next day and the work was completed in a very timely manner. We can't say enough good things about Gutter M.D. If you need a new gutter do your self a favor and call Gutter M.D.

They were super fast and a great pair of guys. They performed the install to my specifications and super fast without taking care of the details.
