I received a call from Excel Electric within 2-3 minutes of adding my issue. An electrician was at my house within an hour and a half. Issue was resolved immediately, same day.

Richard just left my house a little bit ago. While he was outside examining some outside lights, he noticed that that a tree was hitting a transformer causing sparking and smoke. He notified me and told me to call FPL and I got flustered explaining and handed him the phone and he clarified the situation. I then called 911 because of the sparking and got the fire department here. In the meantime my 17 year old dog got out and ran off due to the noise. The fire department found her a block away but she couldn't make the walk all the way home. Richard watched her while I got my car to drive her back. He was a lifesaver today and did above and beyond what he was required to do. I am very glad that my coworker gave me the name of your company and I will be praising you to anyone who asks for a recommendation for an electrician.

Today your company serviced my Generac whole house generator. The serviceman that came Victor was so thorough and pleasant. He explained so many things that was never shown to me or my husband Joel. I signed up for their annual membership. It was worth the discount I got on the first job, which was installing a Tesla charger.

We have had them come to do several small jobs at our condo over a two year period, and they have been great. Their customer service is excellent and the electricians are knowledgeable and get the job done right. Not cheap, but worth it.

Victor was amazing. Had an inspection and then replace all smoke alarms, fixed two island outlets and couldnâ t be more pleased. A bit pricey but it was well done and customer service is phenomenal.

Excel electric - very prompt to respond to initial outreach from customer, punctual to job site, demonstrated good understanding of the job to be done. Very quick and efficient. So instead of waiting until Jan 3rd for the other company to show up, these guys from Excel, provided me with an estimate and got the job done in less than 48 hours from initial contact. Kudos! Definitely restored my confidence in small businesses. I have already passed on the contact. I will definitely use their service again.
