They are not professionals, they had their girlfriends and wife helping them caring for and doing things, which is not professional at all, non of the workers speak English there for they were unable to understand me and when I talk to them they only smiled, I paid for the material and they packed all the leftover material and took it, that is stealing, I had no chance to try the ramp and they were asking for the rest of the money when I told them I would not pay until I would have the chance to check on it they got aggravated and tried to leave.

"This lady is absolutely wrong. We finished the bathroom. We actually did a beautiful job. We have pictures of the job completed. We accommodated her in every way because she was in a wheelchair. We actually went with her to buy the materials which were her responsibility to do. We walked her through the whole process because she was being difficulty picking something for her bathroom, she did not want to give us a deposit for us to start the job. Eventually, she did .all the time giving excuses of that she had to move money in that she will give us the balance she never did give us the balance on the job she started finding excuses and trying"

Did excellent job very courteous. Straight forward entire time. Didn't jack price up stayed same as we agreed upon we got receipts for work down. Workers always on time and cleaned up afterwards and very respectful. If we had any concern Aerial was a phone call way . And would come in person to speak to you and each day ensured workers were doing good job had correct design etc. Great. Talked to us everyday and listened to our concerns or any changes we wanted. My wife and I were very pleased in whole process. No tricks no con doesn't accept payment until we were satisfied. Thank you

Great customer service fair pricing amazing work I will recommend this company to anyone good communication overall if I ever have any more tile work to do in my house this will be the only company I will hire to do my job
