On Jan 23, 2015 my air handler decided to quit working. The weather was cold & the rain have finally ceased. I called 4 companies, 1 went thru the answering service, which required longer waiting time, two does not answered and one answered my call. Mr Bill Deeson was able to make an emergency service within the hour. He could not fix the problem this late due to a missing part, but was able to bypass the connection and installed a new fan motor tonight.. This allows the system to work until we decided to replace or fix the HVAC unit. Our old unit was a miss a matched between the air handler and the heat pump. The crew arrived on time.a week later. They installed the heat pump without a problem, but the air chamber, where all air vents connects to the air handler needs to be replaced, therefore the job can't be complete. We have to wait until Monday for replacement parts, there's no working HVAC, the weather was great, so we have no need heat or AC. Fortunately everything went well today, we have a working system with 10 years warranty. The price was right and we got a great company to help us out in the future if need be. We spent more $$$ for a better system, rated for coastal conditions. We hope that this system will last longer than 5 years. Deeson AC installed zinc bars to helps with corrosion. We can't wait to see how this process works. Deeson AC does accepts after hour emergency calls. We loved their workmanship, professionalism, excellent communication, and most of all honesty! We called early on a Monday morning. Mr. Deeson said that he was currently on a job but would be by - even if it wasn't until after hours to come out to look at the unit. He wanted to know what he needed to trouble shoot and any required parts to repair the unit. He called midday and said he could stop by to look. The air was working within minutes and the house is cooling wonderfully. We will definitely set up a semi - annual inspection and hire him out to do the repairs that he suggested for upkeep.We are very happy with the work and his quick repsonse.
