They came to the house as scheduled and took measurements, gave me a quote and said it would be 2-3 weeks until they get all the product ready. I called in 2 and 1/2 weeks and we made an appointment for installation of all the blinds. They were very punctual, a bit early, had 2 guys and a van and they were done in an hour and a half. Cleaned up, took the old treatments with them and everything looks superb! Also had a sun screen installed on the rear porch. Would definitely use again. Price was as anticipated (6 windows, slider door and rear screen).

They were professional and punctual on first visit to measure our windows and discuss window treatment options. We went with plantation shutters. When installing they found an issue with one of the measurements and immediately got the replacement on order. The others were installed and look terrific and as soon as the corrected one for one window arrived they were out installing it and it too, looks great. We are very happy with their service and are ordering again through them for some other windows in the house. Very much look forward to seeing the new treatments for our sliding door.

We contracted with Vertical Village to install plantation shutters for our entire house and to fabricate custom drapes for our sliding doors leading to our lanai. From the initial consultation at the office to the installation of our shutters and custom drapes, the entire experience was excellent. In addition to their prices being very reasonable, they also provided very good design suggestions that we incorporated into our final design layout. The entire team was very concerned with us being 100% satisfied with the final product and were quick to address the few minor issues that we raised to them. We couldn't be any more satisfied with their work and helping to make our new home look beautiful. I have no issue recommending them.

They were very dishonestl concerning work and parts included in repair. They did not install parts that were included in quote but claimed to have done so and charged me for them. They finally admitted to this after I proved my claim to be true and said that the reason they didn't replace them was that they looked to be in good condition. When I asked for a credit for work not done they said no and would replace the parts that did not need replacing while I wait. I refused the offer. I did not want to deal with them any more at that point.

Love the company. Love the blinds. Everyone, including the young man who measured, the installer and the lady who answered the phone and set up dates were so nice and professional.

They are very nice people. They are professional. It is a family business and we just didn't have any trouble at all.
