As a first-time homebuyer, I was nervous about the inspection, but Calvin made it a positive experience. He didn’t overwhelm me with technical terms or unnecessary details, just practical advice and clear explanations. He showed me what to prioritize and what was normal wear and tear. His guidance made me feel more secure and less anxious about the investment I was about to make.

calvin johnson did an inspection on our home and his inspection was not worth the paper it was written on....a few months into the house and we discover the a/c was on its last leg...the roof had damage ...the list goes on and on

calvin johnson advertised an a+ rating with the bbb which was false he actually has an f rating with the bb and this info can be found on the bbb website. prior to knowing all the things he missed with the inspection we had him do some handyman work, simple electrical work, later we discovered his work was not to code and a fire hazard

calvin johnson advertised an a+ rating with the bbb....this was false he actually had an f rating and the bbb has made him remove his false claim. all this can be found on their website. major things where missed and the company has not wanted to be a part of the solution. i would avoid this company at all cost

He was prompt and what he did he did well. I would recommend him to others.

Mr. Johnson assured us over the phone and in person that the house we were purchasing had only cosmetic problems that would be easy to fix. Turns out a week after we move in as the TV Service man was installing cable on the outside of the house a whole rotten Panel (that Mr. Johnson said was only cosmetic) fell off the house. We had an estimate for repairs of 14000 dollars that the entire siding and structural 2x4 that needed to be reinforce from rotting and termite damage. I asked Mr. Johnson if he would tell me how he would fix this problem that he missed. He told me he could do the entire thing cheaper and would come to give us an estimate. He called once and cancel at the last minute, the second time he didn't show up. He had his secretary call twice to set up an appointment and he never showed or again never called. We are going with the Home Depot to replace and reinforce the 2x4s. I also had Mr. Johnson repair any items that he had found during the inspection. He never followed thru with his crew and a lot of the work done was sloppy or not done at all. I complained to him and he fix some of the items that weren't done but did nothing about the repairs that were done. I gave up trying to work with him. He is not a professional that I would use ever.
