Michael (aka Mike) came out the next day (Saturday). He showed me the leak was caused by a bad pump. He spent hours on the project, including going out to buy a new pump - yet charged me a very reasonable price.

fair.... he showed up with samsung parts for an LG dryer.....he said they'd work!....had so show him a flat spot on a roller as he was telling me it was another ( which he didn't by the way then deem needed changing.. thought price was a bit much.... could have called a factory authorized repairman for about the same....left his clipboard...I called him and he said he'd be RIGHT back....came hours later without explanation or apology for my inconvenience waiting...didn't have a receipt upon completion of job (Over $200.00 Acted like I was unreasonable asking for one) DID send one later that night by email, but.... left message the next day asking me to call if i found his screwdriver! never again using Angie's List...Machine still noisy on start up....he never asked about my experience, only his lost screwdriver....very disappointed, but live and learn.
