"We take our work very seriously at our company. If you called for service and we were not able to get to you i apologize. I just went thur your complete file and the last time we had a call from you was in 2016. I also confirmed the costs of all the repairs over 2 years and they totaled $807. you must have gotten some other contractors invoices confused with ours. I'm happy to go over all your calls and the work we did for you to straighten this out. The last time you called the notes in the system say the call taker explained that there ware too many maintenance membership people booked the day you needed service and they have priority service. Again, im happy to go over all this with you to straighten this out."

Our technicians are drug tested, background checked and go thru continuous training in the most advanced technologies available, for our customers to have the best experience we can provide. That includes providing several repair or replace options if available depending on the issue. Our Senior Technician wrote out extensive notes regarding your Water Heater situation, its location and inaccessibility due to how the AC equipment was installed above the Water Heater, the Water Heater was blocked and the service technicians (since they are AC certified as well) had to rehang the Air Handler in order to access and remove the existing Water Heater. This involved removing the clothing dryer and installing framework above air handler [Member Information Removed] and hang shelf with threaded rod. This was not a regular Water Heater replacement job and it did require the expertise of a dual (Plumbing/AC) certified technician. I am sorry that you did not have a clear understanding of what was involved in the replacement of your Water Heater and I will bring this to the attention of our staff in our next training session.
