The job isn't done only first trouble shooting visit. As of this date no work has began. We have been without cooling for 29 days with temps running 86 -90 degrees F. My Wife an I are 74 & 76 Years old. The worst part of this situation is I am 100% disabled with stage 4 lung disease I have O2 is running for me 24/7. Thank to a relative he lent us a small window a/c that helps in bed rm. I was told the Company parts were needed and i believe him. If only the had made an effort to help us with a used window or ductless AC. We didnt get an offer for help
