Carolina Blue Pools and Spas

Was very good when they started maintaining my pool, but now they are useless; my pool is green. They committed to fixing my pump more than a year ago but never started or completed the job. Lately, they are not charging for their service, but nobody is coming out to clean the pool, and they do not answer their phones or return phone calls. Their customer service is deplorable and nonexistent. Do not employ them; you will be sorry.

Brian came and addressed some problems that needed to be fixed. Seems to be okay now.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Mike the pool cleaner knows nothing about pool cleaning or saltwater pools. Mike was covering up the problem with the saltwater system by adding chlorine. This caused a false read on the salinity content in the pool. For 7 months covering up for his lack of knowledge about saltwater pools caused damage to my pool and saltwater system. DO NOT LET CAROLINA POOLS NEAR YOUR POOL.

Terrible customer service. Payed him money but did not show up for service. Then he trumped up charges that I had owed him money for 2 years in that past which no company would would continue to service an account if they did not get their money.

Brian was extremely helpful with my problem and I look forward to working with his company.

Brian is such a great professional guy. He's been servicing my pool for over 2 yrs and is apart of the family now. He's reliable and is always a phone call a way with any concerns and issue. Love the company.

Brian - the owner came to start the maintenance on the pool that was installed by A&G Pools. He did a great job for the 1st month (which was included in the pool installation). We hired him at that time. His company has kept our pool clean and the numbers where they should be since the beginning. He has also answered phone calls when we have questions. Very fair price.

Gave same day service and opinion. Very efficient.

Used them for a year. Pool turned green. Terminated them. Bought $40 of chemicals at pinch a penny and after 24 hours the pool is clear again. Asked them to take a look at my pool and was advised no to contact them again.

Brian came out and started fix the issues straight away, and there service is top notch.

Came right after Irma as my regular guy didn't show up for 3 weeks and pool a lovely green. He cleared it right up with the correct chemicals and coming back in 3 days to recheck.
