Not too well. I spoke to Maxine who said she would come to the home. She and her husband came. Late, although she did call. They were here for about 2 minutes and suddenly were hurrying out the door with the excuse that husband had a doctor appointment. I was detained in the rest room and when I came out, they were leaving. I wondered aloud if I could at least meet her. She came in, shook my hand, introduced her husband, said she would call me, and never did. Unprofessional. A scam? I don't know.

They were supposed to arrive at the house at 1:30--I called Renata and left message after they did not arrive on time to make sure they were still going to come.  No return call. By 3 pm, and still no return call-- I was panicking, so started cleaning house myself.  
At 4:00 they arrived--could not speak English--so had a hard time communicating and understanding why they arrived so late.  Because of the late arrival, I only had time (because of evening plans) for them to clean part of the house.
Later that evening Renata called and finally explained they were running late because of the holidays and everyone wanting to have their homes cleaned before Thursday (Christmas Day).  I feel when you are running as late as they were, they should have called their customer to explain right away.  It sounds to me like an overbooking problem.
I do want to add that the 3 cleaning ladies who finally arrived were courteous and polite and did a wonderful job at what they did have time to clean.

It was an incredible disappointment, It wasn't anything like a professional cleaning service. They even billed me for more. If they'd done the services, I would have gladly paid but it didn't even come close to the level of service I expected. And I gave them the opportunity to correct it. I had the courtesy of telling them that that I do belong to Angie's List and that I was dissatisfied with the cleaning. So I sent them an email and I said that before I give my feedback, they had an opportunity to redeem themselves but they didn't. I will never go back there. They were late.

They are excellent.  They do a decent job.  Their price is good.
