I have had no air conditioning now for 6 days now. . Ted said he would put a used blower motor in 2 days ago and something is always coming up where he can’t come to get my a/c running until the new one ordered comes in but does not return my calls or text. It is 91 degrees in my home and he keeps promising he will come by and fix it but never calls or shows up. I will never ever use his company again! I am 68 yrs old and can’t deal with this unprofessional way of doing business.

Very unprofessional company. I spent 10,000 on new HVAC units two years ago. One of the units had issues for the first 6 months before they finally changed it out. After changing the main unit out the tech did not set the drip pan float correctly which caused the overflow to leak through my ceiling causing damage to my ceiling that I had to have fixed. Now again still having issues with the overflow still getting plugged which is common in Florida, I understand. So called to have service to have this issue addressed again, was told tech would be out between 2pm and 4pm, no show....called them back again and they then said he was running 1 1/2 hours behind this was at 6pm. Ok I understand things happen. Now 8pm no show again. Called and now got voicemail. I left a message to find out what was going on that nobody showed up. No returned call. That was two days ago..I would not recommend this company for service. There are many companies to pick from in this area and I will not be using their services ever again. Figured I would speak out so others do not wait there time using a company that is this unprofessional....
Description of Work: AC Unit stopped working, overflow pan was backed up. This has been a problem that occurs a few times a year with this unit.

On or about Oct 24, 2015 Theodore Mann Lic# CAC1814425 Installed a new high end high efficiency Air Conditioner at my residence @ 1618 SW Nervia Ave, Port Saint Lucie FL. The salesman, Tom, who wrote the contract said to us that an ultraviolet light would be installed in the unit as a customary practice due to the products we requested. The unit was a 5 ton, 25 SEER, Dave Lennox, Signature Collection XC-25 Contract price $13,900. Ted Mann was on site for the installation. When I called it to his attention that Tom neglected to note the ultraviolet light on the contract, he assured me that it was standard practice for his company to install these lights on units such as mine and that it would definitely be installed. I didn't think another thing of it until last month when I had the unit serviced by another company as AC Mann was unresponsive to my request for service. I asked the technician to check the bulb on the ultraviolet light. He opened the case to check and discovered there was no light installed. I contacted Ted Mann and informed him of the situation, he said he did not understand why the light did not get installed and would come by the next day. When he did not show up I called back the next day. He told me he had picked up the light that morning and would come by after he finished the job he was working on approx 4pm and would call when he was 30 minutes away. I never got that call and to date Ted has not answered any of the calls I have placed to him, nor responded to any of the numerous voicemail messages I have left for him. This light was very important to us as my 10 year old granddaughter has terrible allergies. I do not enjoy writing letters like this, but I am not sure what else to do. I was hoping you could put some pressure on him to do the right thing, and install the light as promised.
