They are local, we know the people, and their are residents that we have dealt with. We moved from a house that they built about 7 years ago, so we appreciate their building style. They are definitely willing to work with, and design, they have an architect with them on duty, and they are prompt. The thing I realized is that I knew where to find them. The new is pretty good. Moving in is a pain, but the house is working fine, and they are working on any defects, so they are good.
