Phil came out for an assessment found i had a leak in my slab. Estamated the job very reasonable price. Had job started on tuesday and was done Thursday very good job and quality was there . great job will recommend them all day long thanks guys .

Phil showed up 5 minutes after we phoned as he "was in the neighborhood". He did a diagnosis of the situation and fixed the problem (main sewer line clog), as well as offering advice on prevention of future problems. Phil was professional and pleasant. It's nice to find a technician who takes his job seriously! Will call again for future projects. Prices are reasonable.

. After the job was finished a large rust stain was left all over my garage floor just as the crew was leaving I mentioned the stain, they tried removing the stain they left, very poorly.

We just had our shower regrouted and grout got into drain and clogged it. Anthony responded right away and we had Jim (a very knowledgeable and professional plumber) wheel in an auger and clean out the drain. It took some time but he got the job done. He made sure all the drains were working properly.

Phil arrived as promised, within an hour after I called. He replaced a cracked T joint. Checked for leak. Was very relieved that it was done for ac reasonable cost.

I had a shut off valve that continued to slowly leak even when turned off. Darrell showed up within the hour. Due to the type of valve, it was necessary to cut open the wall to access the pipes. This was done so neatly that it was very easy for me to repair the drywall. Darrell was extremely professional and very pleasant. I am always interested in how to do things and, as he was working, he even explained to me all the steps involved in soldering copper pipe.

It went ok, but I wasn't happy with the price. First of all, I told them I found them on Angie's list, and their ad said I would get a 10% discount. I forgot to mention the discount to them, but since I told them I found them on Angie's List I assumed they would apply that to my bill. They came while I was at work and my wife was home and dealt with them. She said they weren't even there an hour and the bill was $460. With parts and labor I figure the work was worth about $250. They charge by the job and not the hour. We supplied the kitchen faucet and they charged $165. Come on! I could have done this part myself, but my wife talked me into letting them do it. I asked for some recommendations from my community bulletin board, and next time I will listen to them

"First off let me thank you for your review, second nobody is ever happy with the cost of doing a job than they don't know how to do & i guess that's why the Moen stem was broken off in the shower valve...... So after we shut the water off to your home & dug out the broken stem & supplied & installed a new Moen stem, we also installed a new Moen trim plate, handle & tub spout. By the way most plumbing company's would of told your wife she needed a new shower valve at a cost of hundreds of dollars. On to the kitchen faucet install, removed the old faucet with the rusted on nuts & installed a two handle Delta faucet with sprayer that you supplied & we supplied & installed new supply lines to faucet. Turned water back on to home & checked for leaks on both repairs. Wow all this in less than an hour, WOW we are good............."

I found Quality Drain Solutions on Angie's list & chose them based on their reviews. What I got was AWESOME! The owner, Anthony Fioretto, along with his plumber came out to my house in the pouring rain to assess the situation & walked me through every step of the process that would restore my plumbing. Prices were fair & stayed within my budget. I had to have two visits plus a septic pump out and Mr. Fioretto kept me appraised of the estimated times of arrival. I can't tell you how amazing these two men were! I would hire them again and again and recommend their services to everyone I know...

Initially only the toilet repair and faucet replacement comprised the work order. When Phil checked under the sink, both he and I saw a leak of black water. He replaced the faulty valve. He did caution me that the other water valves might also be at risk due to gasket wear (19 year old house). He was careful not to hard sell me but wanted me to be aware of a potential problem. Given the importance of the valves needed to turn off the water in case of a leak as well as the potential of black water flooding because the valves could not be shut with deteriorating gaskets, I decided to have all 10 of the water valves replaced. He was prompt and thorough.

I thought it was expensive because all he did was replace a faucet on a pipe and that was it and charged me the money. I could have done that myself, but then again, I was not living here at that time so I did not have the tools. The worst part of my experience was not knowing that it was going to cost that much. I was unaware of the final price. The price was not good at all. It was too expensive. They knew what they were doing. They put on the faucet that did not leak and that was it. It was perhaps five minutes and it was just an ordinary grade faucet. Their responsiveness was alright.

I've used Quality Drain Solutions multiple times and they are consistently excellent in terms of their level of service and quality of work. They respond quickly, arrive when they say they will, and clean up when they're done. They removed the leaky water heater, and replaced it with a new larger one (I went from 40 gal to 50 gal) and made a few other modifications to the installation to bring it up to code.
