Very professional estimate and schedule of work was explained due to heavy workload. This was good to know that they are busy because of the quality of their shop. Estimate was firm, did the work when scheduled, no delay and professional office manager/owner. Explained locks and why rollers needed updating. I feel keeping my home safe needs quality workmanship which they delivered.

He came the same day, took th shutter, fixed it. Brought it back that evening and didn't charge anything, even though the work was done in '08. That's what I call great service and he's a very nice guy.
