I contacted Tom for an estimate for repairs, my wife gave him the okay to perform the necessary work. He came during the next day or two and completed the installation of new screens. Very minor concern, we were not contacted when the work was to be done. I did call him afterwards and sent him a check for the balance.

My back porch needed a partial rescreening. Within my calling and the work being done was only a few days. Looks nice and tight and they used good quality screen. The screen they used matches the panels that were not replaced. Price was very fair for the work done. I am very happy and would use them again and recommend.

My enclosure is 30 years old. When I requested he use scaffolding, he responded he only climbs on the framework using ladders. Not trusting the integrity of my enclosure, we went no further. Mr Ritter was on time, professional and courteous. Based on our conversation, I would call him for other screen work.

Fine and very fair price

Tom and his son did an excellent job. Great communication throughout.. It has been over a year since the work has been completed and the screen survived hurricane Matthew and now hurricane Irma in PSL. Thanks Tom for your attention to detail and great work.

Tom was extremely responsive. Called him on a Wed at 9am and he was out to the house by 11 am and did an estimate. Hired same day and he completed the work on Monday. Fast and very professional would use again

Called Tom to have him rescreen the back patio. He had done work for me about 4 years ago, too. Anyway, he came out and gave me an estimate and once approved, came back the following week to do the work. It was a seamless process. I highly recommend.

Tom came out and met with my husband on Saturday, May 6th just like expected. He gave us and quote and we gave him the go ahead the same day. He told us that he would be back out in about a 1 - 1 1/2 weeks. As of the day I am writing this review it's been over 2 weeks and not only has he not come out he is not returning my phone call. So if you want to use someone who is nonresponsive and may or may not call you back, then this is your guy! If not.....use anyone else!

We texted back and forth on when he could give me a free estimate. He showed up on time. He gave me an estimate a couple days later on voicemail. I texted him I wanted him to do the job but he never responded back. Pretty disappointed since he has all good reviews on Angie's. I expected way more than this. I don't know if he thought I had a bigger job for him but you never turn down work.

Tom Ritter came and gave me an estimate, on Saturday, April 22, 2017, which was reasonable. I was flexible as to when Tom can come by the following week to do the job. I was pleasantly surprised when Tom showed up Monday morning, 4/24/17. Tom did a beautiful job and clean up after, the screening is tight. I have no problem with calling Tom back and I recommend him highly.

Good quality workmanship

Excellent. We are in Florida 26 years and dealt with three other companies. Tom was the absolute best. He unlike the other companies we dealt with, totally cleaned up the the scraps including the pieces that fell in the pool. Wrapped all the old screening in a bundle and put at the curb for trash pickup. The screens are tight and the spline is in the channel thru out. The other company left wrinkles and spaces without any spline.

Completely satisfied with quality of work and repair cost.

Very pleased with Tom and his son. excellent workmanship, prompt, returns calls and answered all questions. We were only going to get top done but asked for estimate for entire enclosure and Tom gave us a good price. I would recommend him highly.
