 + 0 moreWe have a vacation home in Florida and live in the north. We had to hire someone to do yard work because the neighborhood association does not do it. I sent him a monthly check trusting he was doing the work. On one visit we observed the association doing the work by mistake and spoke to them because I was paying someone else. When I mentioned this to Mr. Cavanaugh he said he thought they had only done it once. On our latest visit after the association quit mowing it, we came home to extremely long grass and weeds overtaking everything. When I called his wife told me he was just here last week and tried to tell me he just mowed it high, etc. It is obvious we paid him a lot of money to do nothing.
Description of Work: Lawn mowing and landscape maintenance.
