Initially, it went fine. TJC was supposed to landscape my yard (front and back) 2-4 times per month. The first couple of jobs went well. Then I noticed that they would not show up, or would only do the front yard and not the back. After a call, the job was done properly again. But then they started showing up irregularly, and then stopped showing up at all. When I contacted the company, they said that they no longer wanted my business because they weren't able to get into the back yard during their last visit. However, someone was home at the time, saw them doing the front, and was going to let them into the backyard but they left before he had the chance. No one even knocked on the door. 
The price was very fair, the work (when done) was fine, but reliability and service are terrible.
