Horrible workmanship . Way below any expectations ! Hot tub is ruined . Before it had nice straight walls , now they now in /out . Before resurfacing it had uniformed flat ( no pumps or holes , no scratched look areas ) now some ares has even finish , just to be broken up by scratched areas . Has some sharper edges and uneven corners on sitting bench in tub . Extremely bad quality ! When I tried to point out those to Jason , he got extremely unpleasant . He returned the next day , and said there is no way to fix it . Only choice would be to break everything up , and redo it properly . Well , I am not happy have to go thru that mess again , but as it is now pice of my Real Estate just got ruined , and I can & will not use it like that , not mentioning those sharper edges will probably cause me bleed . That have not given us a date yet when they would re- do it . I can only hope it will happens soon , do I don't have to look at that ugly thing next few months to come , plus I am not able to use it as it is now !

I had Tidal Wave Recommended to me by my
an individual. I called and Jason came over to take a look and set up the
account. Very friendly and professional. I want my pool maintained and that is
what I am getting. Pool looks great!
