Poorly, They got the roof completed within the week after the leak was discovered and we paid for that. Mr Mastropole kept giving us dates when he would get back to the ins co to discuss our case. This did not happen over about 10 days. He was suppose to start one Friday and missed that date completely. Had an excuse. Finally after several missed attempts we sent a letter terminating his services.
Description of Work: water damage from a roof leak in master bedroom. repaired the roof - pd $2100 gave us estimate for the remainder of work (which was double what the ins figured) but kept insisting that he was out to help us get all we could from ins. co. This was repetitious and began concerning us. He saying don't he would get 20% for overhead and profit based on what the ins co and he came to agreement. I understand that and don't have a problem with making a profit this was a recurring theme. He should of concentrated on getting the job started and done. After missed appts we decided that enough was enough
