these people are great!! i needed heavy duty cleaning on a rental home in port st. lucie. the grout was absolutely black. i had attempted to clean it with no luck at all. tom and his helper arrived on time and had to clean and seal the grout twice in order to make it look good. they worked so hard and several more hours than they expected without any complaints and without asking for any more money for the job. i would certainly recommend them and will use them again myself susan

It went so well, he was so professional, knowledgeable about his work. The job looked beautiful like new countertops. I took pics and sent to family and friends I was so proud of his job. I would highly recommend this man.

The owner came and give me an estimate at the time he said he would.
I agreed with the estimate was good an we set up a time to do the job.
I got a call the day before the job was to be done and was asked if I would let him come
a day later as he was running late on another job. I said yes and thanked him for calling
me the day before he was to do the job..
He did the job and my shower looks like it did when new. If any one needs this kind of work
done then the person that you should is the Grout Master.

Two men came to my house. One used a mini wand power washer for the grout and the rest of tile with a machine that had a circular motion. They did a very good job and I would recommend them. Tile looked great.

HE WAS A GOOD TALKER BUT NOT RELIABLE.------ WAS NOT ON TIME . DID NOT CALL TO SAY HE WOULD BE LATE . HIS EMPLOYEE CAME 2 DAYS AFTER CONTRACTED DATE WAS TO START..WHILE DOING THE GROUTING WORK ,TILES WERE BROK EN AND HE NEVER CAME BACK TO REPAIR DAMAGE . DID NOT EVEN CALL. JUST ABANDONED THE JOB MID STREAM AND LEFT ME HOLDING THE BAG ! THE GROUT THAT WAS APPLIED WASN'T EVEN THE SAME COLOR NOR ENOUGH TO FILL IN THE RESURFACING . I WAS LEFT WITH CHIPPED AND BROKEN TILES AND A JOB WORSE THAN WHAT I WAS HAVING RESTORED.
MY RECOMMENDATION WOULD BE TO PASS ON THIS CONTRACTOR !!

superbly. Tom came on time ,measured and quoted what he could do. The crew came on time worked a full day and I had no complaints. The completed job was even better than promised.

Do try to get other estimates and try to get recomedations from others. Don't call The Grout Man

"We are working to build are reputation back!!! I was very sick during this time period before having open heart surgery I trusted the few employees I had to be responsible and preform quality work I am sorry hear someone is unhappy with our work.... I was unable to go out and check every job they did. I am now back in action and have a good family employee that is doing his best to make everyone happy. I will say we do not do alot of advertising 99% of are work is from referal so this one bad comment means alot to us."
