It went great. No more ants. Especially in my POOL that WAS horrible an first time ever in 17 yrs to have ant issues an 6 yrs since pool new an I'm backed up to a canal. First treatment and all GONE an nòt for the buys guys we had all that RAIN and I had ants in pool but NOTHING like BEFORE they came first TIME but called an when it ACTUALLY stopped raining like monsoon they retreated a few areas an especially around pool enclosure and NO ants ANYWHERE in the pool an NOTHING in my YARD ants ect...So yes i signed contract bcuz cheaper then 1 pool filter. An i have 2 morkies and OUTSIDE only 2 hrs after treatment an no issue's with them. Thanks bug guys...Mrs Williams oh an tech was super GREAT an remembered EXACTLY the 3 SPOTS.

We have been using The Bug Guys for quarterly pest control for about two years. We are assigned the same technician every time (Nathan); he is friendly, courteous, and always on time. The service usually keeps the bugs always until the next quarterly service, but if not, they come back out and spray for free.

They are a dependable company that you can rely on to provide quality service. What more could you want from a pest control company?

Always very professional. They confirm their appointment date and show up as promised. We have found them to be very responsive to our questions, concerns and scheduling conflicts. They have proven to be extremely customer service oriented. Their techs are professional, well trained, able to answer our questions and they are very polite. We have recommended them to several of our neighbors and now they are taking care of several homes in our community. They have earned our referrals. When it comes time for us to renew our termite treatment we will be switching to The Bug Guys. We have found them to be very competitively priced and after doing some research on products and chemicals I have found that they use a very high quality product.

I am very happy with them.  They are very nice and professional. We get service from them every quarter. I think it is $90 per quarter.

We recently purchased a home looked for a company to provide regular pest control. We chose The Bug Guys based on Angie's List and feedback from our home inspector. Originally we were looking for just quarterly pest control but based on the quote to also provide termite protection we opted for both. We paid for both for a year and received a discount.
The team that did the initial work were prompt and complete.

Emailed several companies for quotes. 2 responded, The Bug Guys was much cheaper and frankly the woman I dealt with was much more friendly which sealed the deal. She had a technician out shortly after the quote. I live on a 1 acre lot in PSL so it took 2 trips to complete the job as the tank on his truck wasn't big enough. I am not educated about what they are spraying but they did imply in the summer it might take an additional spraying which it has. They came back out just last week and sprayed again at my request. We did see a MASSIVE reduction in ants after the first spraying but we had a few small mounds reappear. They guarantee their work for 3 months and did respray for free. I was also offered inside service as part of the fee but I declined. When the gentleman came out a second time he left a door hanger explaining when he came and left and also what he sprayed.
Time will tell how well their product works long term but I did look up the chemical name and found that it's pretty widely industry accepted as and quot;theand quot; fire ant killer so I'll give a chance to work. Overall I've been satisfied with the service I've received for the price I've paid and will likely continue service after the initial 3 month period.

Not much dead bugs

It is good for 3 months. They clean the bugs in the inside of the house and they got rid of the problem. I would certainly use them again in the future. The price was reasonable. I would use them again in the future.

I called them yesterday and they got me an appointment for today. They are very courteous and professional.

For what they do, they're reasonable. The quality of service is excellent. They come when they're supposed to, which is every three months. I have been with them for a year now, and I would continue to use them.

I got them off Angie's List. Everything was great with them. The price was excellent, so that's why I went with them. The quality so far has been good. I paid for the whole year, so I got a discount. I pay $75 quarterly.

They show up when they say they will and I've never had to call them back out to respray in between calls. Both gentleman that I've met were both very courteous.

They charge $25 a month and I usually get it for three months so it is $75. That is guaranteed, so if I see any bugs in the house or in the lawn, they come back and it is included in the $75. They don't charge me extra to come back within the three months. They always do a good job and that is why I have them back after every three months. They alternate the pesticides so that the bugs don't get immune to it because some bugs build up resistance if one uses the same thing all the time. They are right on time, right when they say they are going to be here.

I have a contract with them, they come every three months. If i have any problems they come back free and take care of anything they need to.

They were very proffessional and if I saw any more ants I was to call and they would come back at no charge... They will return every three months..

He shows up every month without having to be called. He shows up and does his job and leaves me a little ticket but I pay him for a year in advance and that is why we hardly have any contact. He is stealth-like, and the next thing you know is that you see him out of the window and he is gone. I find that having him come every month and doing the outside keeps them from coming inside.

I pay $75 for three months. They come out and do the lawns to get rid of the fire ants. They sprayed all around the house to keep bugs from coming in. I had a beetle problem in the house; they got rid of that right away. They sprayed in the house around the house and the grass and everything outside. Everything is guaranteed for three months. If I have any problems within the three months they will come back and respray but I haven't had to. I will continue to use this company.

They charge $50 every 2 months. Ghost ants are little ants that crawl around in no direction because they can't see. However, they are not contaminative. I had them came out and spray, but they weren't gone so they came back without additional charges. They've been wonderful. They were true to their word. I would continue to use them in the future.
