First, let me say I had no problem with the product or the service tech. Trying to resolve a billing issue or dealing with their customer service people is a lesson in frustration!!!...After being a customer, 20+yrs, thru all the little companies being bought up, until my service with TruGreen became Terminix, I CANCELLED my service today!...My problem was I PAID for my service by check. I received a bill. They agree they had the check but don't show getting the money...huh? and I had to prove where the money went....(How would I know that?) I have spent HOURS making phone calls, being put on lengthy "holds", each time having to repeat what the problem seemed to be (I lost count at 10 CS), trips to my bank, paying to send faxes showing processed check & my bank statement with amount deducted. It hasn't cleared the problem. I've been told to "call back", "don't call back", "the problem will be researched", "we can't find the 2nd fax", etc, etc...Problems like this can't be solved locally or in person. I made a trip to what I thought was their local office on EauGallie Blvd only to be stopped at door by sign saying you had to have a pass from main office.
