Prompt service, great communication, next day service. He made detailed photos of every square foot of the condo The price was great. In the report he indicated which problems needed immediate attention and which could wait a little longer. He also did a wind mitigation inspection in case I needed it. I am a new Yorker and had no idea my insurance company would ask me about it very next day! Tim saved me time and money. Excellent service and a pleasant person to deal with!

Tim was very fast getting back to us and was attentive and flexible to our schedule. His inspection was detailed and I received all reports in a timely fashion. He showed up on time and did a pretty good overall inspection (as far as I can tell). He provided the main report within 2 days but did not have the wind mitigation report for almost a week later. My emails, phone calls, and messages went unanswered during that time. I finally received that report, along with the explanation that he had overbooked himself and was running way behind. I can certainly understand getting a little behind but there was no excuse for him not to communicate to me what the hold up was. Also, his over committed schedule caused him to mistakenly report the home structure as block instead of frame.

"Jeanne is accurate in her comments. I did not contact her in approx 1 1/2 days due to to a back log of work, a missed call and a couple of 12-14 hr plus days. I always judge somebody not by the mistakes they have made but how they react after those mistakes. I reacted to Jeanne immediately once we were in contact and got her mitigation report and revised report out within hours and well before her deadlines. I now implemented checking emails and phone calls at least 3 times daily with return calls and emails. Most importantly I do not want to short cut any reports as I pride myself in customer service and quality so I budget time for jobs more realistically. I would rather have 8 happy customers instead of 8 happy customers and 1 unhappy customers. Quality and reputation are more important than a couple of more bucks."
