It didn't really pan out for what I wanted to do. It was ridiculous what the owner was asking for the property so I didn't think he wanted to sell. Sun Realty is kind of big. What I really wanted was some land. I couldn't say whether the interest was there on their part because I wasn't looking at buying a house so the commission would be a lot lower because I was looking to buy some land. In that sense, I didn't like that. I only spoke on the phone with an individual and I never met with anybody. Their professionalism was good. I had to call back to find out what was going on because they didn't contact me. As of right now, I don't plan to use them again. I don't know how the interaction would have been if I had been looking for a house.
