About us

I am a registered architect in the state of Florida and semi-retired. I b do not go after the large projects these days but willing and capable to help home owners or business owners with upgrading and remodel documents for permitting. Recently I have done many "after the fact" type projects that are required by the city and county for work done without a permit. I work from home and turn around is fairly quick at a low and reasonable rate in todays devasted markets. I am on call at most anytime and accept your calls personally to schedule an appointment with you at the site of the work.

Services we offer

I am a registered architect and can provide you with completed, signed and sealed documents for permitting of the project, be it residential or commercial, addition or remodel. No job is too small. I also do roof inspections for permitting, insurance mittigation forms for wind load compliance and on site surveys for code compliance of structures and the documents for "after the fact" permits required by the city or county building departments. on site observation is done on a per hour basis.
