The installation of the bars went very well. However, this was not the only part of the project. I also requested they do some tile repair work as the new bars were shorter. I specifically asked that the old grout be removed before adding new, which was plainly ignored. The area was just left a mess! It's obvious that their work was sub-par. I requested it be addressed and someone was sent out. It was mutually agreed that I would not have to pay for the tile work, just the bars. The price I paid for the bars was fair, but the work was far from professional.
