Landscaping
I use them on a weekly basis. They charge on a monthly basis. Generally there is an annual contract and I have been using them for years. The cost of the contract depends on the size of the property. I pay in April when we have a lot of plants and shrubbery and stuff that they have to take care of. We pay for lawn maintenance and it is not all unreasonable. They do a nice job. They are always here when they are supposed to be. It is not something that I have to worry are they going to show up or not show up. Whether we are here or not they are here and that is important to me. They are very dependable.
