Scooper Saints

I found Scooper Saints on Angie's list and gave them a call. Janet the owner called back and came to our house for a visit. Janet and Patty were very professional and did a wonderful job taking care of everything. They took time to get know what we needed and did a fantastic job! Patty did a great job taking care of my cat by feeding him and taking care of all his other needs. Patty also helped by letting us know how everything was going so there were no worries. Scooper Saints are kind and caring and reliable and I would recommend them to everyone.

It went great, from my first communication with Janet she was professional, upbeat and very personable. We have had the same pet sitter for the last 9 years but she has now gone on to Vet school. I had been worried about someone new. I submitted a request for a pet sitter in PSL and within 20 minutes Janet called me to let me know that she had received my request. We set up a time for her to come to the house for a meet and greet.
She arrived on time I introduced her to our 3 dogs, she was very affectionate, even making a point to interact with our shyest dog.
I walked her around the house, telling her where things were for the dogs and their schedule - she took very detailed notes and asked questions for clarification. She paid a lot of attention to the dogs when she was here and they followed her around and didn't seem scared of her at all.
We were gone for the weekend (Friday - Sunday) and during that time, she sent us text messages and photos letting us know how everything was going. It made me feel good with my choice to hire them.
We will be using them again and now that we have someone that we can trust with our dogs again, we can look forward to taking more vacations.

When I returned everything was neatly organized and clean, including around the litter box. I will definitely use Scooper Saints again when I go on extended trips.

I had gotten Dawn's name through Angie's List. I am new to the area and didn't know anyone else to ask who they used for pet sitting services. I called Dawn and she came over and met me and we went through where the supplies were and what was expected. She didn't get to meet the cats at that time because it was their nap time! :-D
This trip was a short one - only 3 days. But the house / litter was clean when I got home; and she texted me with pictures and comments. For a young person, she was very professional; and made sure she and quot;counted nosesand quot; when she didn't see the younger two cats (hiding in the closet). She also brought in my mail. I was very pleased and have already set up her services when I take a longer trip the end of November.

I first met Dawn prior to hiring her services. I described what I needed for my 2 cats. Dawn was attentive and took notes. As the interview progressed, I knew immediately that she was the person I would hire to care for the cats while I was away. On the requested days, Dawn arrived and tended to the cats needs. She also sent a text and a picture of the cats each day. During the interview I caould tell that Dawn loved animals and would be a perfect cat sitter for my 2 cats Jasper and Sparkle.
