We called and they were out within the hour. Being a very warm day, this was great. Immediately diagnosed problem- a frog had managed to get into unit blocking fan. Very efficient!

They came on time. They called me with an estimate, I approved it and they fixed it. It was a very pleasant experience. I didn't do as much homework as I could have about the price but I thought I was going to have to buy a whole new unit so I was very happy to pay what they asked me to get it fixed. They charge you for service call and 175 dollars was including everything. So, the price was okay. The quality was good because my tenant is very happy. They fixed the machine and I didn't need a new stove so I was a very happy camper. They just replaced the burner wherein they could have sold me a machine itself because I was dealing with him from a different city so there was a trust issue there as well. They came when they said and took care of the problem on a timely basis.
