Description of Work: I last used Sansone Corp. for some air conditioning repair; there was a leak in the refrigerant and that had to be fixed and new refrigerant had to be put in.

Description of Work: I called Sansone on a Sunday evening and left a message on their voicemail that I had a Maytag refrigerator that needed service. I left all my contact information. On the next day (Monday) I waited until 11:00 AM. No call-back so I called again and spoke to a customer service agent who took down my information again and then informed me that Sansone did not repair Maytag refrigerators. I asked her why I did not get a call back informing me of this and she did not have an answer. Not very helpful and no apology. I will not use this company for repairs going forward.

+ -1 moreThey came on time. They called me with an estimate, I approved it and they fixed it. It was a very pleasant experience. I didn't do as much homework as I could have about the price but I thought I was going to have to buy a whole new unit so I was very happy to pay what they asked me to get it fixed. They charge you for service call and 175 dollars was including everything. So, the price was okay. The quality was good because my tenant is very happy. They fixed the machine and I didn't need a new stove so I was a very happy camper. They just replaced the burner wherein they could have sold me a machine itself because I was dealing with him from a different city so there was a trust issue there as well. They came when they said and took care of the problem on a timely basis.

Description of Work: SANSONE IS BASICALLY AN A/C COMPANY BUT OFFERS HOME CONTRACT MAINTENANCE SERVICES. WE ARE USING THEM FOR PLUMBING, APPLIANCE, ELECTRICAL, AND A/C MAINTENANCE. THEY HAVE HANDLED NUMEROUS PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL REPAIRS WITHIN THE CONTRACT. WE HAVE HAD A CONTRACT FOR 3 YRS AND HAVE HAD NO ISSUES EXCEPT THE STANDARD "DO I HAVE TO BE HOME BETWEEN 1 AND 5? CAN'T YOU ZERO IN TO 2 HOURS?" THE REPAIRS AND A/C MAINTENANCE HAVE BEEN PERFORMED WELL WITH NO NEED FOR RETURN VISIT.
