In that 7 days we caught 7 raccoons and 1 rat, which is a very successful trapping session. I apologize you are unhappy but hope you could understand and hopefully call us again."

We do offer cleanup services which we explained in the beginning but it is a separate cost as we need to remove insulation and reinstall insulation. The services of trapping, exclusion, and sanitation that were o the invoice were completed. We mentioned that you did have a leaning pole that made a hole in your soffit and roof that we could not fix and was also giving access to rodents into your attic. The extra charge was for the rodent service that you declined. You did not reach out to us after we completed the service or we could have definitely found it."
