He offered creative ideas to save me money, rather than just throw out a
number for what we needed. The day pf the estimate, he was right on
time and by that evening had sent me a proposal for a list of other work
we want done. The person who came to do the work was right on time and
very professional. The amount was exactly what I was initially told it
would be. He also went out of his way to make sure the outlets were in
great spots for me to reach, which was nice. Very happy with the work
and will be calling them soon to do the other items on our list.

Lesson learned Have the contractor come to your house and price out the job before you pay for A $99 dollar "Deal" for 2 hours of labor. It took 1 worker 6 yes 6 hours to install 2 ceiling fans and then hit me with a bill for $451 . Be smarter than me there are no deals!!

"Customer was told that this job would be more than 2 hours. Some fans alone take up to an hour and a half each to install after moving furniture, putting down drop cloth and keeping the place clean. Customer failed to mention that we had to wire both fans and make splices in a 130 degree attics crawl space, install 2 fan bracket boxes, and mount 2 fans. Customer also failed to read the big deals fine print. If he would have went to another Electrical Contractor he would have paid more. For all the work that was done Customer received a great deal."

The guy that installed it was pleasant enough, but he was not very quick with his work, which made it cost way more than I had expected. It does seem like the work was done well.

Great job! work was punctual and done in a timely manner. Jeff went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with the work. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for electrical work.

I've used them a few times, and I can describe them as lazy. I wanted him to work on a generator, and he did a terrible job. I will not be using this service again, nor can I recommend them. I don't wish to use Angie's conflict resolution service.

"Wow, this is the first time hearing about this. Customer never complain to us at all. We bid on the job, customer accepted bid and had it inspected by the County. We even waited till 8 PM for Utility Company to turn power back on after a 2:30 inspection. We install a generator transfer switch but could not test it because the old generator did not work. R. Thompson Electric don't work on generators(small engine repairs) we wire to them. He must have us confused with someone else. If the transfer switch did not work we would have received a call back and we never did."

They were on time and performed the tasks with a friendly positive attitude and did a great job! They spent extra time here to make sure everything was working correctly. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
