Technician did not get rid of the noise and what ended up happening was that the remote controls no longer worked with the door.  When I called to let them know this the following day, they promptly offered to come back but that it would be all new work and not covered under the work warranty on the door.  I made the case that the remotes were working fine before the adjustments were made so that the technician was responsible for the remotes malfunction.  They would not hear it and insisted in a very bullish tone that it was just not covered that their technician was not responsible for what
