The old carpet was removed and new carpet was installed in both rooms. The carpet looks great!

They did an excellent job at a reasonable price. They come right when they're suppose to. They were really good and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We chose wide plank, 10mm thick, "handscraped", top of the line laminate and it was worth it. Prianti's had many types of flooring and grades to choose from. Prianti's is a privately owned, local company and they take pride in their products & services. All our heavy furniture was moved by the installers and replaced after the floors were completed. The installation team really knew what they were doing and worked together well. The job was finished in record time. We would definitely use again. Beautiful job. We had checked with other homeowners in our community and received mixed reviews re: other flooring companies. We give Prianti's A++.

I chose Prianti Flooringto install my new flooring after reading all the reviews. What impressed me the most was that the owner, Frank Prianti, replied to almost every customer review with a thank you response. Frank was very patient with all my many questions and the entire project was completed within the estimated time in spite of problems with the concrete floors. Everyone I dealt with, Frank, Cody and the flooring crew, were a pleasure to have in my home. They were courteous, respectful and meticulous in every respect. The new floors are beautiful and I would highly recommend Prianti Flooring to anyone looking for quality work. They were amazing!

Frank Prianti was responsive and involved from the beginning until the end. He brought samples to the house and then invited me to the store on a Saturday afternoon to patiently help me choose the perfect laminate. His team was efficient and very respectful. The job was completed in less time than anticipated. Frank was on site for part of each day of work, returned after they finished and personally cleaned the laminate floor again (his team had already dry mopped).

We have a second home on NHI, FL. We're only there a few weeks a year. Last visit we walked into the place to find the floor in the guest bedroom buckled from an A/C water leak. Even a dope like me could see the entire floor would have to be replaced. Luckily for us we found Frank Prianti and his team on the list. From our first contact with this company through the last payment made we encountered nothing but absolutely top shelf customer service and quality of work delivered from Cody, David, and Frank. We never had a problem getting somebody on the phone, the workers always showed up exactly when they said they would, and they always cleaned up the place before they left. Most of all we felt like they put the care into the job that they would put in if they were working on their own homes. These people went so far above and beyond what we expected that I have already recommended them with confidence to our friends and neighbors in the area. Frank Prianti and his men are good humans. Absolutely highest recommendation from us.

After researching flooring contractors in our area on Angie's List my wife and I stopped at Prianti's showroom several months ago to view material and my wife found some natural cork that she liked better than the hardwood we originally planned to install. Owner Frank offered to come out to measure and give us an estimate, but previous commitments required us to wait.  When we were ready a call back got Frank out within a few days, he gave us what we felt was a reasonable quote and we agreed to have him install the flooring then mailed him a deposit to help cover cost of ordering material.
A minor glitch caused by his supplier delayed the process somewhat, but Frank was able to find suitable material from another source, He gave us the opportunity to  research and inspect the new product to insure we were happy with the substitution, he got the replacement material within  a couple of days after we approved the change. 
We arranged to store the flooring  in the home for a few days prior to the scheduled starting date to stabilize temperature and humidity of the product.  Frank and a worker returned on a Monday to begin by removing the old carpet and tack strips, preparation of the concrete also included leveling and filling where necessary to insure that  the surface met the flooring manufacturers specifications for a quality job. 
After surface preparation a dedicated flooring crew arrived to lay down a moisture barrier and begin installation of the cork with three days estimated to do the 800+ sq.ft. area.   Work was completed one day sooner than planned by a respectful and conscientious crew that caused no |"collateral" damage and left the work area clean and ready to use.  Frank returned the next day to inspect the job in person and gave us a cleaning kit suitable for maintaining the floor and demonstrated how to use it. 
A nice surprise when writing the check for the final payment was a discount of over $400 since Frank was able to return 3 unopened boxes of material that were not required.
Our new floors are beautiful, Prianti Flooring will definitely be my first choice should I require floor treatment in the future, the experience was first rate from start to finish, you will not be disappointed choosing them for your project.

Project went very well.  Frank spent time up front to prepare sample section to make sure we got exactly what we wanted.  They blended in the old wood with the new perfectly.

It went great.  They came in and got it done in one day.   This project was done pretty much long distance.  I live in Boston and called Prianti to get some information.  Frank was polite, knowledgeable and did not pressure me in any way.  I traveled to Florida to meet him and he brought samples to the house -- helped us pick out the carpet and vinyl and gave us a good price.  He and his crew did an amazing job and we will recommend Prianti every time.  Don't waste your time looking around for a flooring company ... Prianti will get it done for you.  Very trustworthy which was most important for us.

I went to Prianti's to see about new flooring for my 3 bedrooms. Frank is very professional, talked to me about what I wanted; and helped me pick out the color of flooring. That afternoon, he came and measured the rooms, told me the price. The work was started shortly after that, and I'm so pleased. Came to assess our needs and talked us out of ripping up old wood flooring and letting him refinish it.  SO HAPPY that we listened to him.  The floor came out absolutely gorgeous.
He also tore out carpet from our master bedroom and closets, and installed wood laminate.  Also a beautiful job. 
He started the job within 2 days of the estimate and was done within a week.

Met Frank at his shop. Picked out several carpet samples and he came to our home the same day with his samples. Selected carpet. Frank ordered the carpet and it was installed within 1 week. His instalers were top notch. They were pleasant, fast and very efficient. They did a great job. Frank was here to make sure everything went well.

It was a pleasure working with Frank from beginning to end. Frank arrived at the scheduled time for an estimate. He listened to what we wanted and then explained everything he would do, why he would do it that way, what we could expect and how long it would take. Frank's expertise and professionalism made him the obvious choice for us. He was in constant communication with us from the day we placed our order until the day the job was done. He called us with updates daily to let us know exactly what was going on. We had other contractors scheduled to come in for some work in a couple weeks and we let Frank know we needed him done by that time. He worked hard to stay on schedule and the job was finished on time as promised. I am very picky and critical when I have work done and I can tell you I am extremely pleased with the finished product. Frank is meticulous and critical of his own work as well, and it shows. We also had a medallion installed near the front door. He asked us where we wanted it placed and  we told him. Because of his experience, he recommended it be placed a considerable distance away from where we wanted. We are so glad we listened to him! The end result was amazing and we couldn't be happier. We wanted a finished product that we could be proud of and Frank delivered. Frank will definitely be the first person I recommend to anyone for their flooring needs.
