 On time Sat. morning, worked right through until finished, clean up. I was very pleased with the results, and the professional way it was taken care of. Waited 1 full day, filled pool back up. Lionel came back on Monday to recheck the pool, and clean up any mess at the bottom of the pool. I have hired him to take over the weekly cleaning of my pool.

We have used Lionel now for 3 or 4 months and  have been very happy with his services.  He does a great job and will call you back if you need to speak to him.  Would definately recommend.

They continue to be a very reliable company to work with.

I was not happy with them. They didn't do the billing correctly. They were very confusing. I tried to correct them and show them how to bill because I have my own business and I know the way it should be. She made it confusing thinking that I paid the month before which I did, but she put it on the month of that billing that she wanted to do. It's mainly on her accounting and billing system. You never know where you're at in order to pay for the month. The price was reasonable but he had been helping another company. They were very pleasant and friendly but I found that they didn't clean my pool filter correctly. I took care of military pools so I was familiar with the chemicals and with taking care of pools. Their responsiveness was very good. They were a struggling company trying to do the job with as much as of used equipment so their truck would break down and it wasn't their fault but they wouldn't get here. They were great personality-wise.

Lionel and his wife have taken over servicing my pool after I fired the company with a C rating on Angie's list. They vacuum my pool every week, clean the filter every other week and had me add a little floaty with a chlorine tablet in it. The pool has never looked so good. They're entire approach to caring for the pool makes a lot of sense. The highest rated Angie's list Pool Co. recommended Phamily Pools as they could not accept any more customers in my area. Thank you very much, Phamily pools is number one in my book.

We bought a home that we could not move into immediately so we got on Angie's List to find someone to maintain the pool.
I called a few from the list but Lionel called back the fastest and had a fair price too.
When I first talked to Lionel he went out to look at the pool and called back from the site with suggestions and recommendations.
He was concerned that if it was left any longer that additional problems would come up so he got immediately to work on it.
We were so impressed with his concern that we hired, and have kept him on to maintain the pool.
Lionel and Heather are fabulous, great communication and caring people and my pool is always sparkling!

Lionel came to my house from a referral from another pool company. He educated me on all the pool equiptment and functionality of pipes. He did the first service the day after our initial meeting and the pool was very very clean. Would reccommend Lionel to anyone at this point but its still very early.

Lionel was very responsible, showing up on time and providing all services for my pool. I didn't have to worry.

Lionel came in and saved my pool! Previous company was suppose to drain and clean pool, which was green. Pool was still green after three weeks of other pool company doing who knows what to it. Called Phamily Pools and they had it cleaned and absolutely beautiful in one weekend, which took a lot of work. I mean our pool is gorgeous!! We now have weekly service with Phamily Pools and when my husband asked Lionel, what do I need to do? Lionel simply said.... enjoy your pool. That is all we have to do. Please don't hesitate to call them if you are in need of an excellent pool company!!!

Excellent - performance, neat calls to inform, discuss problems, personality, great does extras in assistance to customer. Does more than other companies.

***UPDATE***
The service performance continues to be great, but they just don't know how to bill people! The bookkeeping is terrible. I have dismissed this company. They have confused their bookkeeping process to the point that I couldn't continue to use them. They are quick to avoid criticism for helpful advice to make their billing and bookkeeping a better process. As a business woman, I have experience in bookkeeping, but was not received in a friendly manner. They wanted to bill on a quarterly basis, which is not efficient and causes issues for clients.

Lionel has been absolutely fantastic to work with. Hired him at beginning of year for monthly service after we gave up on the guy we had before. He is Professional, responsive, and goes above and beyond to keep pool looking great. Just recommended him to our neighbor.

Lionel has been super to work with. He explains everything. He tries to save us money while offering excellent service. Our pool has never looked better! I am so glad we were given his name and number!
