Patriot Pressure Cleaning

The house had not been pressure washed for at least a couple of years. Joe is managing the company since Mark passed away. Joe booked us into a cancellation spot, so we got an appointment sooner than expected. They worked nonstop for approximately three hours or so. They use lighter pressure on the roof so as not to cause damage. Very accommodating and professional. Will definitely use again (won't wait so long this time!). Thanks for excellent service, Joe!

I received a letter from my HOA telling me my roof needs to be cleaned.  I selected two companies from Angie's list and gave them a call on a Tuesday evening.  Mark from Patriot called Wednesday morning and he said he would look at the roof and get back to me with a price.  Called me back on Thursday and came out to do the roof on Saturday. 
He did a great job and the roof looks wonderful.   Plus his price was so reasonable.

Excellent!  Mark showed up on time and worked with his crew to make our home look like new.  Just when I thought he was done he cleaned our patin floor and the best part was he cleaned the track of our 16 foot slider.  Outstanding quality work!  I will call upon Mark and his crew to maintain our home in the future. One important note:  he DID NOT trash our plants with the usual wash solution that others use.  He also checked our roof to make sure no repairs were needed.  What more could a home owner want.  Thanks Mark and Crew!

Mark and his helper of Patriot Pressure Cleaning were punctual and did an excellent job of pressure cleaning my entire home for a good price. He used a mild chlorine solution on the roof to kill the mold and mildew which did not harm my plants.  While cleaning the roof, he found 6 cracked barrel tiles and glued them back together at no additional charge, so I gave him a $25 tip.  I would definitely use Patriot Pressure Cleaning again and can recommend them to anyone needing pressure cleaning services.

After I called Mark he responded that day and came over to the house to check everything that we wanted done and he set up a date for him to come and do the service.
The outstanding part of Mark's services was that he included items that were not listed.  We bought our home a few years ago and it had been  bank owned for most of the time since the house was first built in 2005.
There were several loose tiles on our roof which Mark  saw the problem and went took care of securing the tiles that would have been a danger during a hurricane. 
The work he did on our home was so outstanding that it made our home look new again.   The removal of all the mold  was not easy on our home as you can imagine the house had never been done and we live by a lake.
He was polite and a pleasure to have do the job.  I recommend him highly.  He does excellent work and it is speedy and thorough.

Mark did a great job as always. Have used him every six months or so since moving to Florida. Would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I received a prompt call back and price quoted over the phone.  I scheduled with him for just a couple of days later.  They were on time. When they arrived, he said the price he quoted was a little high because he thought my house was bigger, so he offered to do my driveway and sidewalks as well.  THEN, they noticed my gutter was clogged in the front and they offered to climb up there and clear it and NO additional charge. I was very happy with the service.  My whole house/ garage and gutters look great.  Highly recommend!!
