DO NOT HIRE SUMMIT PAINTING! I was given a contract and a a time that they would come. I was told that they would be there on Thursday and I planned to take the day out of work to be there. I came home on a Tuesday and the house was not only started, it was FINISHED! Who is able to prime and put 2 coats of paint on an entire house in one day!!?? Not if it's going to be done right is the correct answer. The 2 men working on the project told me that they would not be back the next day to touch up any problems, and boy are there problems. I got home from work after 4pm and was told to walk around the house to inspect it. This was in December of 2018 and it's getting dark at that time. It is OVERWHELMING how sloppy this job was done. Along with the sloppy work in my actual house, they distroyed a $100 door mat because they were too lazy to move it, and there were splatters of paint all over my driveway. A different, and I must say rather incompetent worker was sent to fix the sloppy mess, but there was so much that I HAD TO POINT OUT, it was never fully completed. IN ADDITION, I had a contracter put on a new door and asked him to check the windows to see if they were chaulked, a task CLEARLY STIPULATED IN THE CONTRACT. THEY WERE NOT!!! I know have water damage under the front window that needs to be repaired! Because I was not home, I have no idea if ANY OF THE WORK WAS DONE ACCORDING TO CONTRACT! If anyone would like to see pictures of the terrible work that Summit Professional Painters did, please contact me and I will post them. Lastly, I did call them about the chauking and NEVER HEARD BACK! I'd give them a lower score if I could!
