Mr. Rooter Plumbing of The Treasure Coast

Greatly disappointed. Spoke to John on Sunday and we scheduled someone to come out on Monday between 12-2. At 2:15 I called and the woman that answered had no idea what I was talking about. She had to call me back and told me no one would be available until Tues so we set up another appointment. In the interim, I was able to find the leak and had it fixed myself. As a courtesy I called to cancel the appointment and got John again. After explaining the whole thing again, he said he didn't remember our conversation. Also, as an investor for flipping houses, I was looking for a replacement company for the plumber I was using since he moved out of state. Bottom line, John acted like he could care less and didn't even care about the inconvenience he caused. Just another company out there that really doesn't care, one way or another. Their loss! Proceed with caution!

I just want to say that John the plumber was fantastic. Mr.Rooter was responsive and courteous through out the entire process. John did an on-sight diagnosis, estimate and installation of our new Hybrid Electric water heater we bought. He was professional and conscientious of our home. He cleaned up after himself when he completed the installation of the water heater.I have been telling everyone about Mr.Rooter and to call them and ask for John. 

After 4 quotes and 5 failed appointments from other plumbers, I had almost given up on having natural gas for my BBQ. One "turkey" even backed over my mailbox after pricing the job and then never showed up or called after I scheduled him three times. I found Mr. Rooter of the Treasure Coast in YP on Monday, and he came on time on Tuesday to price the job. I agreed to his terms and he said he would go for the materials and return in half an hour, which he did. John is an ultra-professional serviceman with tremendous skills. As far as I am concerned, he is a homeowner's dream come true. Not only did he finish the job in record time, he gave me a $40 coupon promotion which reduced the agreed-upon price. If you live on the Treasure Coast and need a plumber, you MUST call Mr. Rooter Treasure Coast... (Not to be confused with other franchise plumbers of the same name in the area.) I moved into a new home in June, and have had a lot of work done by many different trades. I wish all of them were half as pleasant, professional and capable as John Bensley. It is my pleasure to write this review.
