I called Mountain Aire on Saturday afternoon and they were installing on Tuesday afternoon.  They responded to my call for help immediately, gave me the most comprehensive proposal I have ever seen, and then did the job quickly, professionally and for a great price!  They went the extra mile to get all the permitting done in time, on very short notice.  They are so easy to work with.  They will make you feel like their most valuable customer even though you are brand new!  The proposal they provided was highly detailed, giving me the information I needed to do my research on the equipment that they were suggesting would be right for my needs.  The proposal offered three possible options with model numbers for each piece of equipment.  I went to the manufacturer's websites and learned about all of them.  This enabled me to have the confidence to go forward with my choice.
