He took a look and found, ?It?s not what you think, it's condensation from your air conditioning system." I had called a different plumber take a look and he was ready to bring a whole new hot water heater, and that wasn't even the problem.
I would highly recommend Moe's - he's the best plumber around and his rates are the best too.
