He started the work and I asked him where is the permit. He spent a lot of time telling me why I shouldn’t get a permit Got very rude with me. . The inspector had to make him replace the pad for AC. I will never recommend him or use him again.

"Thanks for reaching out. We apologize for any inconveniences we may have caused you. To better explain the situation: Permits were pulled and the work was completed. The issue that came up was about a concrete slab that the inspector asked us to install. At first we didn't need this concrete slab since there was a brick wall in the way, however this wall was removed after the HVAC work was complete. This led to the inspector asking us to add the concrete slab -- which we did."
