There is just too much to give all the details, so I'll summarize. They told me when they were trying to sell me their service that they would kill the bug pests I had and prevent their return with monthly treatments. Actually, the treatments alternate one month lawn and the next month shrubs. They didn't kill the bugs I had causing damage (spider mites the first time) even though they identified them on the initial visit. It took them 2 weeks to respond to retreat with something that would kill the spider mites and in that time the affected plants sustained a lot more damage. Month after month bug damage continued and I had as many retreatments as I had regularly scheduled treatments. I never called them back unless I saw actual significant insect damage. Then when plants died, Massey would blame it on the plants being improperly planted, even though the plants were planted by a top rated landscaper (top rated on Angie's List, Home Advisor, Better Homes and Best of Houzz). I let that excuse slide for several plant deaths, but I finally just got fed up with their lame excuses. They use the and quot;improperly plantedand quot; excuse so they won't have to honor their plant loss warranty. I will say that if the main corporate office is contacted, they respond very quickly, so I don't think that Massey is a bad nationwide company. I didn't receive what I was told I would receive even after repeated call backs, so it isn't like I didn't give them a chance. After 10 months, I've had enough. I have no confidence in them at all.
